At KIDSA1NT, every Armor is created slowly and with intention. Most pieces are one-of-one and cannot be replaced, so we kindly ask that customers review descriptions and measurements carefully before placing an order.
✦ 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days after receiving their order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days after notifying us.
✦ STORE CREDIT
We are happy to offer store credit as a convenient option for customers.
Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future purchase.
Customers may choose store credit where available.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
✦ RETURN SHIPPING
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as KIDSA1NT cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return transit.
✦ CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, makeup, animal hair, or damage.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Returns that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may be subject to a reduction in value or refused where permitted by law.
✦ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at:

We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
✦ MISSING ITEMS
If you believe something is missing from your order, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
Please include your order number, photographs of the package and its contents, and a description of the missing item.
We will investigate the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.
✦ CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PIECES
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom orders, commissioned work, personalized pieces, hand-painted upgrades, affirmation upgrades, or made-to-order items created specifically for a customer.
Such items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except where required by applicable law.
✦ ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because many KIDSA1NT pieces are one-of-one and prepared individually, order cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

If the order has not yet entered production or shipment, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
✦ REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is refused by the recipient or returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges, original shipping costs, and any customs fees incurred.
Once the package has been safely returned, we may issue store credit or a refund where required by applicable law.
✦ FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect our customers and our small artist-run house, KIDSA1NT reserves the right to investigate claims involving damaged orders, missing items, delivery disputes, refund requests, and chargebacks.
Documentation used during investigations may include tracking information, carrier records, packing records, product photographs, order confirmations, and customer communications.
Fraudulent claims, abuse of payment protection systems, and false chargebacks may be disputed using available evidence.
