KIDSA1NT is an independent artist-run house based in Italy.
Every Armor is prepared from our home studio with care and intention before beginning its journey to its future keeper.

✦ WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We proudly ship worldwide.
Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations and carrier restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping prices cover standard UPS Express delivery. Orders to remote or extended-service areas may require an additional courier surcharge. If this applies, we will contact you before shipping.

✦ PROCESSING TIMES
Ready-to-ship pieces are generally processed within 2–7 business days.
Custom, made-to-order, or highly personalized pieces may require additional time. Processing times may vary depending on workload and collection schedules.

✦ SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Transit times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

✦ TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow several business days for tracking updates to appear, as carriers may require time to update their systems.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of their shipment using the tracking information provided.

✦ CUSTOMS FEES & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
KIDSA1NT has no control over customs procedures or charges.
Refunds cannot be issued for orders refused due to unpaid customs fees.

✦ MY ORDER IS DELAYED
Shipping times are estimates only and delays may occasionally occur.
Delays may be caused by customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, high shipping volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.
We kindly ask customers to allow additional time before reporting a shipment as lost.

✦ LOST PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at:

We will gladly assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Resolution options may vary depending on carrier findings, insurance coverage, and applicable laws.

✦ MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members or neighbors, inspect mailboxes and safe locations, and contact your local postal carrier.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us.
We will gladly assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
KIDSA1NT cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, except where required by applicable law.

✦ WRONG ADDRESS PROVIDED
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

✦ FORCE MAJEURE
KIDSA1NT shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, war or armed conflict, strikes or labor disputes, postal disruptions, customs delays, government actions, internet or communication failures, and pandemics or public health emergencies.
In such cases, obligations may be suspended or delayed until normal operations resume.
We will always do our best to keep customers informed and resolve issues fairly.
