KIDSA1NT is an independent artist-run house based in Italy and operates in accordance with applicable Italian and European Union laws.

✦ PRODUCTS
KIDSA1NT creates one-of-one wearable art using rescued garments and handmade processes.
Many pieces are vintage, upcycled, restored, dyed, printed, painted, stitched, altered, or otherwise transformed by hand.
Because of the nature of our work, slight variations and unique characteristics are to be expected.

✦ PRODUCT COLORS & PHOTOGRAPHY
We strive to represent colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible.
However, colors and tones may vary depending on device screens, monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography.
Minor differences between photographs and the physical piece are natural and do not constitute defects.

✦ MEASUREMENTS & FIT
Because many Armors are vintage, upcycled, or individually altered, tagged sizes may differ from modern sizing standards.
Measurements and fit descriptions are provided whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements carefully before purchasing.
Slight variations in measurements may occur due to handmade processes and measuring methods and should not be considered defects.

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes are calculated in accordance with local laws and regulations.

✦ PAYMENT METHODS
KIDSA1NT accepts secure payments through approved payment providers available at checkout.
Payment options may include credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods supported by Shopify.
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
KIDSA1NT does not store customers’ credit card information.

Many products are one-of-one and may sell out without notice.
Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until your order has been completed and accepted.

✦ CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PIECES
Custom orders, commissioned work, personalized pieces, and made-to-order items are created specifically for the customer and may not be canceled, returned, or refunded except where required by applicable law.

✦ THE NATURE OF OUR ARMORS
Every Armor has lived before.
Signs of previous life, fading, repaired areas, distressing, loose threads, variations in texture, uneven dye patterns, and other unique characteristics are natural aspects of one-of-one wearable art and are not considered defects.
Characteristics visible in photographs or described in listings are considered part of the piece.

✦ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, illustrations, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, product names, text, and website content displayed by KIDSA1NT are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The purchase of a physical Armor does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or grant reproduction rights.
Unauthorized use of KIDSA1NT intellectual property may result in legal action.

✦ USER CONDUCT
Customers agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or harmful activities.
