KIDSA1NT is an independent artist-run house based in Italy. Every Armor is created with care and many pieces are one-of-one. We kindly ask customers to read descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Every Armor is upcycled, created from our home studio in Italy and goes through multiple handmade processes.

Most Armors are completely unique. Some collections may contain limited editions, but nothing is mass-produced.

KIDSA1NT is an independent artist-run house creating one-of-one wearable Armor from rescued garments. Everything is made with intention.

Every Armor is created from our home studio in Italy by us. Each piece is individually restored, dyed, printed, painted, stitched, and finished by hand.

Yes. Our Armors are created from rescued garments, so minor imperfections, fading, distressing, and other unique characteristics are part of their story and beauty.

Wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and air dry whenever possible. Please refer to our Care Guide for full instructions.

SIZING

Please review measurements and fit descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us —we’re happy to help.

Because most Armors are one-of-one, exchanges for another size are generally not possible. Eligible returns may qualify for store credit according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Not always. Vintage and upcycled pieces may fit differently than modern garments, which is why measurements and fit descriptions are provided whenever possible.

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

✦ 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days after receiving their order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days after notifying us.

✦ Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must:
Be unworn and unused.
Be free from odors, stains, makeup, animal hair, or damage.

Be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Returns that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may be subject to a reduction in value or refused where permitted by law.

We are happy to offer store credit as a convenient option for customers.

Store credit:
Never expires.
May be used on any future purchase.
Can be issued faster than refunds.
Allows customers to continue supporting our artist-run house.
Customers may choose store credit where available.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

✦ Refunds
Where a refund is required under applicable law, refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are refundable only where required by law.
Additional costs arising from expedited or premium shipping methods are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

✦ Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as KIDSA1NT cannot be responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

✦ Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at:

✦ Custom and Personalized Pieces
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom orders.
Commissioned work.
Personalized pieces.
Hand-painted custom requests.
Affirmation upgrades.
Made-to-order items created specifically for a customer.

Such items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except where required by law.

✦ One-of-One Nature of Our Armors
Many KIDSA1NT pieces are created from rescued garments and handmade processes.

Minor variations, signs of previous life, texture differences, and artistic characteristics are intentional aspects of one-of-one wearable art and are not considered defects.

✦ Lost Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
KIDSA1NT is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier operations.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist customers in opening an investigation with the carrier.

✦ Refusal of Service
KIDSA1NT reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy, including items that:
Have been worn or damaged.
Show signs of misuse.
Are returned without prior notice.
Are sent back outside the applicable return period.
Nothing in this section limits rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.

✦ Chargebacks
We kindly ask customers to contact us before opening a payment dispute.
We are committed to resolving issues fairly and in good faith.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of return policies may be disputed with supporting evidence, including:

THE NATURE OF OUR ARMORS
KIDSA1NT creates one-of-one wearable art using rescued garments and handmade processes. Because of this, minor imperfections, variations, signs of previous life, texture differences, fading, repaired areas, small marks, distressing, uneven dye patterns, and other characteristics are part of the artistic process and should not be considered defects.

These details are what make every Armor unique and are not grounds for refunds, replacements, chargebacks, or claims of damage.

Product photographs, descriptions, and measurements are provided to help customers understand the nature of each piece before purchasing.


WHAT IS CONSIDERED DAMAGE
Examples of issues that may qualify for assistance include:
Receiving the wrong item.
Significant undisclosed tears or holes.
Major undisclosed stains.
Broken zippers, buttons, or closures that prevent normal use.
Damage that occurred during transit.
Major defects that were not visible or disclosed in product photos or descriptions.



WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED DAMAGE

FRAUDULENT CLAIMS
KIDSA1NT reserves the right to refuse claims that are fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the condition of the item before shipment. Photographs taken before dispatch, product listings, shipping records, and customer communications may be used to investigate and dispute false claims or chargebacks.


OUR PHILOSOPHY
Every Armor has lived before. We believe beauty can be reborn. The marks, textures, and imperfections carried by rescued garments are part of their story and part of what makes every KIDSA1NT piece truly one-of-one.

BEFORE REPORTING A MISSING ITEM
Some orders may arrive in separate packages or contain individually wrapped items. Please make sure you have:
Fully opened and inspected all packaging.
Checked inside pockets, protective wrapping, and smaller compartments.
Confirmed that the item was included in your order confirmation.


INVESTIGATION PROCESS

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

FRAUDULENT CLAIMS
KIDSA1NT reserves the right to refuse claims that are determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with available records.

No two Armors are exactly alike. Slight differences in color, measurements, wash, fabric feel, and handmade details are to be expected and are part of what makes every piece truly one-of-one.

Every Armor is individually restored, dyed, printed, painted, stitched, and finished from our home studio in Italy. Variations resulting from these artistic processes are intentional characteristics of wearable art.

Characteristics visible in product photographs or described in listings are considered part of the piece and are not grounds for refunds, replacements, claims of damage, or chargebacks.

Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will gladly assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

KIDSA1NT cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
